Nottingham City Homes invites you to tender for the provision of General Building Including Brickwork/ Groundworks/ Roofing, Plastering & Rendering, Walls, External Rendering, Joinery and Internal and External Miscellaneous works.

We are seeking contractors to carryout planned General Building for Responsive Repairs, Adaptations, Minor Works and Voids in compliance with Nottingham City Homes Service Charters. A significant element of the work will be carried out by our own workforce and we are seeking a contractor to work alongside our workforce during periods of peak demand.

There is currently a backlog of work which will be issued immediately upon the contract award and will be expected to be completed with the first three months from the contract commencement date.

The contract period will be for 12 months with an option to extend up to a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance reviews.
