District heating. Nottingham City Homes Ltd is the arms length management organisation of Nottingham City Council and has responsibility for the management and maintenance 29,000 unit of housing stock. The project involves the upgrading of existing hot water service controls in occupied properties. The Contractor shall be responsible for all works, including the building and electrical works. The Contractor is to remove the existing Horne¿s H380 temperature limiting control valve and replace this with an electrical cylinder thermostat.
